Products & descriptions
Product pages describe the clock design, materials, dimensions, color and care information. Review the selected specification before adding an item to your cart. Product photography and screen settings can affect how colors appear. Contact us if you need clarification before purchase.
Prices & totals
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your order summary displays item prices, quantities, line amounts, subtotal, shipping, tax and total. Standard shipping is free in our supported delivery area. Tax is displayed as $0.00 under our current pricing configuration; this is not a claim of legal tax exemption.
Payment authorization
When making a payment, you must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. You authorize processing of the total shown for your purchase when you submit payment. A payment attempt, payment authorization and order acceptance are separate events; rely on the payment result and any order acceptance information actually provided for your purchase.
Order acceptance & fulfillment
Review your contact details, selected items and addresses carefully. Submission of purchase information does not itself establish that a payment has been completed or that an order has been accepted. Order acceptance and fulfillment information, when provided, relate to the purchase concerned. Contact us about an order or requested correction. These terms do not introduce an additional cancellation fee or restocking charge.
Delivery
We deliver only to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is 3–4 business days, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start day. Our fixed order cutoff and business-day calculation are explained in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us for authorization before returning an item. Refynment covers return shipping for company error, damage or defects; customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. Returns go to the authorized address in France. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days after receipt, inspection and approval, with no restocking fee. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
Use of website content
Our original branding, product imagery and website content are provided for browsing and shopping. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes applicable rights.
