Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a guaranteed delivery date. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
When does order handling begin?
Before 07:00 PM fixed GMT−06:00 on a business day, handling begins that day. At or after cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, it begins the next business day. The cutoff never changes for daylight saving time.
Does my clock include a battery?
Each clock uses one AA battery. Batteries are not included. Keep the clock and its movement dry.
How do I choose a size?
Each design has one specified size. Select it on the product page before adding the clock to your cart. Dimensions are width × height × depth in centimeters.
How should I care for my clock?
Follow the material-specific care notes on the product page. Keep the movement dry and remove the battery before cleaning.
Can I return a clock?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us for authorization before returning an item. Change-of-mind return shipping to our address in France is your responsibility. There is no restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and details. Refynment pays return shipping for company error, damage or defects. The ordinary unused and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent a damage or defect claim after inspection.
When will an approved refund arrive?
After receipt and inspection of the return and refund approval, the approved amount is returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
