30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the clock must be unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Contact us first to obtain return authorization and confirm the return instructions. Authorized returns are sent to Refynment, 61 A Résidence Barbusse, 59230 Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux, France. This is an international return address in France.
Who pays return shipping
Refynment pays the return shipping cost if we sent an incorrect item or the item is damaged or defective. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost, including the cost of returning the item to France. Contact us before arranging a return so the appropriate process can be provided.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please describe the issue when contacting us and provide photographs if available to help us assess it. Opening packaging to inspect a damaged, defective or incorrect item does not disqualify that request under the unused and original-packaging conditions for ordinary change-of-mind returns. We will work with you to arrange the appropriate return and resolution.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected and the refund approved, the approved amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help checking an approved refund.
